Admissions Overview
The Gow School admits young men in grades 7-12 with diagnosed language based learning disabilities which may include dyslexia, central auditory processing disorder, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and ADD. Applicants are interviewed throughout the year and accepted on a rolling basis as vacancies become available.
The application fee is $100. Diagnostic testing, school transcripts, recommendations, and a personal interview are required. A typical visit and interview include specific skill assessments to determine class placement, class visits, lunch with current Gow students, and a tour of the campus. Since the Admission procedure is competitive, parents are encouraged to begin the process as early as possible.
