Mr. Mark Szafnicki is entering his 25th year of teaching at The Gow School. He is an avid tennis player and coach. Mr. Szafnicki coached the boys tennis team to back-to-back divisional championships in the Monsignor Martin league over the past two seasons. He still competes in local and state competitions and has competed in two National tennis events. In the winter, Mr. Szafnicki enjoys downhill skiing and organizing the annual winter ski trip to Colorado. Mr. Szafnicki is a Rotarian, twice serving as president of the East Aurora Rotary Club, and he is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has been married to his wife Darcy for 21 years. They have 3 teenage children.
