Your Journey to Confidence Starts Here.

Greetings from South Wales! We are so pleased that you are considering Gow. Most families come to us seeking answers — a place where their child can be inspired to learn, pursue big goals, and achieve more than they ever imagined. We hope that place will be Gow. Here, you're not alone. You're joining a network of people who experience the same trials and tribulations as you.

Designed for students with language-based learning differences, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and auditory processing disorder, Gow helps students develop the skills and confidence to thrive in college and beyond.

The right school changes everything. At Gow, learning comes alive in classrooms, on the field, in the arts, and in the dorms. To see if Gow is the right fit, call us. We’d love to welcome you for a campus visit and introduce you to the community that makes Gow special. But wait, we're getting ahead of ourselves. First, let’s talk.

Journeys of Discovery

Who we Serve

Gow specializes in the remediation of dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and related language-based learning differences. It's common for our students to have attention (ADD or ADHD) and/or executive function difficulties. Other diagnoses may include dyspraxia, CAPD (central auditory processing disorder), or Language Processing Disorder (LPD).

We specifically support students who need help with:

“At my old school, teachers didn't get me or my learning style. For the first time, at Gow, my teachers get me. The small class sizes and teacher and student connections, make me feel comfortable to ask questions in class instead of hiding in the back of the room.”

“Starting in The Gow School Summer Program really gave me the head start I needed. I was able to get comfortable with the teachers, campus, and living far from home, so when I moved in for the school year, I was confident and able to show other kids the ropes."

“At my old school, I struggled a lot and used to always hide in the back to avoid being called on. Fast forward five years and I am now the Student Council President. Gow gave me my confidence."
