Congratulations to Katherine K and Nick S!

On February 4, 2018, six art students participated in this years All High Art show at Daemen College. Katherine K. '18, Nick S. '18, Emma R. '18, Jenna R. '18, Grace O. '18 and Heinrik X. '19 had their artwork selected by their teachers to be entered into the competition. The competition was open to all high school juniors and seniors enrolled in secondary art programs. The exhibition will be on display in the Tower Gallery until Friday, February 23, 2018. This year the show was very competitive with at least sixty participants all with beautiful pieces.

Although the competition was tough two Gow students, Katherine and Nick, both walked away with honorable mention. Nick for photography and Katherine for painting. The honorable mention award included a $1000 scholarship to Daemen and a $50 cash prize.
