It has been Gow's tradition to recognize our leaders with a gold lapel leadership pin and for our male students a Gow 'power tie'. Similar to The Gow School uniform tie, the power tie includes a white stripe between the crimson and navy. This fall we realized that we needed something more to recognize our female leaders.
