Course Descriptions

Our mission is to provide highly individualized, multisensory tutoring instruction that will help remediate and sharpen a student’s academic tools for success. Tutoring sessions will occur Monday through Friday during the two-week program (ten total sessions per course). Students will be able to enroll in several remedial courses, such as Reconstructive Language, Summer Writing, Summer Math, and Organization & Study Skills. These base content areas can help a student get a jump start on summer work or work through unfinished work from the end of last school year.  The Gow School Distance Tutoring Program is also offering several enrichment courses that will afford students the opportunity to explore academic topics of their interest.
