Giving

It is thanks to the generosity of alumni, parents, foundations, and friends that Gow’s programs thrive. Gow’s Annual Fund helps provide the funding to enhance curriculum, attract and retain highly trained faculty, and support activities that enable our students to transcend their learning differences, express their newfound voices, get excited about and excel at school—in a word, flourish.

Gow thrives today because of the generosity of those who came before. They provided the vision and resources to create a school whose campus, faculty, and programs not only meet the needs of students, but also help them to exceed their own expectations. With your help, we have the chance to do the same for future generations.

There are several meaningful ways to give:

You can also support Gow by getting involved in the life of the school. Come for a visit and sit in on classes, speak to students, and enjoy our vibrant daily assembly. Join us for fall and spring Parent and Alumni Weekends. Attend (or host) a dinner in your hometown. Send in alumni news for the magazine.

Want to know more? Give us a call or send an email. We would love to speak with you.

Through your generosity, Gow can continue to light fires that reignite lives. Thank you for supporting Gow!

"I donate to Gow because for the first time ever, my son is among his people. A group of students who learn the same exact way and he is accepted by all. It is all I have ever wanted, and we found it at Gow."

"Thinking about Gow, I am thankful for the lessons learned, and the relationships built.  It is remarkable that in all the experiences I have had, there is not a day that goes by when I am not reflecting about a Govian memory, a Govian connection, or a Govian interaction at the school that has shaped who I am.  That is a testament to the gift my parents gave me at the time by sending me to Gow, and all the more reason to give back to the school in any way that I can."

"I give to Gow because the education that I received there opened up possibilities for my life that I would not have had otherwise. I want to pass that forward."

"Because of Gow’s small alumni base, I know that every gift matters. I cherish the school and want to give back because Gow changed my life."
